Music video that celebrates AB InBev’s exclusive sponsorship of Tomorrowland, one of the world’s largest electronic music festivals. One where the music infects those who hear it, transforming them into colorful furry creatures who eventually take over the world.

Inspired by the infectious music of Tomorrowland, iconic Dutch DJ and producer, Tiësto, and LA producer and DJ, JAUZ created the single – ‘Infected’. With award-winning directors to bring the song to life in the 3-minute music video, which follows the furry infection as it spirals out of the festival into an international party epidemic.

In addition to the main music video, the global cross-brand campaign includes a 30-second version that features online and airs on broadcast in selected markets, and a series of mini-trailers that feature across online and social channels. At the festival itself Tiësto performed ‘Infected’ live for the first time on the main stage.

In order to create the bombastic visual party, our agency put all their heart into making the postproduction of the film. One of the major challenges was integrating the studio shot, green screen material into archive images that were not shot for the purpose, in order for the viewer to believe that everything is taking place in the actual festival, and that Tiesto is there. Another big achievement was developing the 3D furry crowds that populate the film, with their cool motion captured dance moves, but we have a bit of everything in between: CG festival backgrounds and a full CG shot from the stage to the Earth that transforms into a furry planet, sick 2D and 3D human/furry (and even cat!) transformations; particle, smoke and hair growth simulations; everything with the aim of making believe that this furry frenzy really took place.
