Description

We designed ABG’s first pop-up Brand Experience Centre - interactive, immersive, tech-driven.

We showcased the ideas that made this homegrown Indian entity a multi-billion dollar global brand that was BIG in the consumer’s life. #BigOnIdeas & #BigInYourLife became the creative thought driving design.

Inspired by the streets of Mumbai, India’s city where ideas are realised, we created a ‘live street’ design that brought alive all ABG brands. Houses made of UltraTech cement, a fashion boutique, a ‘Virtual Trail Room’ - every element used short storytelling & quick engagement tactics to capture fleeting attention spans of attendees & leave them surprised at how ABG had made a home in their lives.

The Experience Centre was designed to bring together interactivity, activations, installations and multimedia-to create BIG and UNIQUE experiences– larger-than-life selfie points, sensor-based interactions, share-your-idea contests, gigantic billboards and more -- that spread across the TEDx auditorium touching every participant.

Execution

? 3D structures used to create immersive consumer experience, specially curated visuals through billboards, communicative interactive tech deployed

? 3D Photography as photo-opp making the attendee the ‘I’ in the BIG of #BigOnIdeas

? A huge #BigOnIdeas billboard invited attendees to walk ABG’s live street

? ‘Live street’ experience brought alive the reach of ABG brands– giant choclates wrapped in our foil, Idea celular stores, ABG money tree etc.

? Virtual Trial Rooms to try ABG’s fashion products, Cloud Calligram combining ideas & photography, FunBots dispensing smart ideas related to ABG businesses, 3D printing of objects representative of ABG offerings, Interactive Multitaction Touchwalls making mechanical processes exciting, showing how aluminium becomes foils, cans, cars

? Windows of opportunities showcased stories of ABG’s community engagement

? #BigBagOfIdeas giveaways carried ABG’s products - scarf, aluminium foil, Idea Cellular battery charger, snacks, etc.

? Set up sprawling 1,600 running feet in 24 hours

Outcome

? 5 different technologies - all FIRSTS at TEDxGateway - created compelling consumer experiences

? from the time they stepped on the walkway leading to registration counters and saw ABG’s 3D photo-ops and starred in billboards declaring “I am #BigOnIdeas”, to walking the ABG street and discovering how BIG we are in their life, trying our garments in the Virtual Trail Room, interacting with our moving FunBot for life hacks on health, fashion, finance, sustainability etc, to taking home ABG’s BigBagOfIdeas.

? Over 4500+ consumer experiences in 1 day

? 1800+ attendee shared ideas for a better world translated into 3D Printed Giveaways

? Reached out to audience beyond the event. 3D printing covered live on Facebook - users invited to share their ideas and win our BigBagOfIdeas
