Execution
We created the Pizza Digitale jointly with the Croque Master delivery service: the first edible job offer which addresses the applicants. A pizza topped with a tomato-sauce QR code. Scanning the QR code automatically redirected the viewer to our mobile landing page with the job offer. During the campaign every agency order included one such pizza free of charge. The Pizza delivery boy became the messenger for our job offer. Only those that recognized the tomato-sauce QR code could find their way to our mobile landing page and get in touch with our HR department by email.
Outcome
During the campaign, the number of applications increased noticeably. We invited a total of 12 applicants to an interview. Two creative teams made such an impression that we decided to hire them.The concept’s success exceeded all our expectations. We managed to gain talented employees and were the talk of the town in all relevant social media channels as well as in German specialist publications.
The Pizza Digitale helped us prove that Scholz & Friends is no longer simply a classic advertising agency but also a force to be reckoned with when it comes to innovative digital ideas.
