Description
Prospects were sent an Audi mailing that included nothing but a URL featuring their own name. On their own website, they received a personal welcome message and were introduced to the Audi A3 Sportback. This mechanism made it possible to trace exactly who visited the site, allowing a very precise telephone follow-up.
Outcome
8.2% went for the offer; the target was 5.5%. In the end, 797 (instead of 700) A3 Sportbacks were sold.
