This is a story about a boy called Ben who is caught between two worlds at his family’s Christmas get-together. Ben is older than the rest of the children in the house, but nowhere near old enough to mix with the adults and so he drifts between the two, until a kindly relative takes pity on him and gives him a seat at the big table.
