In Puerto Rico, through the years we have adopted international dishes from many countries in our daily menu, but all of them are ‘puerto-ricanized’ since they’re cooked with our touch by using Puerto Rican ingredients. Olive Oil has been a key ingredient in order to boost that special flavor.

No matter what the international dish, it is cooked with our flavor thanks to Betis Olive Oil. We composed instrumental music that is traditional in that country and added our flavorful music like salsa, mambo, bomba and plena.
