Description
This video features a CEO for an american company who is running her business like a Swede. Set somewhere in the US, we get follow her and an employee of hers in a rap duet-like song explaining how the Swedish Model works. A unique collaboration in Sweden between employers’ organizations and trade unions. The music video shows extracts from a typical work day in the office, where various benefits and positive results due to the Swedish Model is featured and explained.
Benefits such as vacation, health care allowance, employer pension, ergonomic chairs to name a few examples. There's dancing, rap, muscles, semlor (typical Swedish pastry!), a nice yellow car and a positive vibe going on with a steady cash flow.
Execution
This track is an original score produced by the agency in collaboration. Since the idea was to create a music video explaining The Swedish Model, the music is key for this video.
