Animal are the real stars of Animal Planet. Other channels, especially competing nature documentary channels, increasingly follow the prevailing cult of celebrity, placing more and more focus on celebrity human presenters.However, Animal Planet steadfastly sticks to its premise that animals are the real stars – even Crocodile Hunter Steve Irvin can't compete.Our idea was to use animals to invite cable viewers to 'Vote for Us!', by parodying the way election campaigns are usually run in Norway.The media team created this idea, led the insights and planned all actualisation and implementation specifics described in this entry.
