Description
Before a Mercedes-Benz can be qualified as a Certified Pre-Owned it has to pass a thorough inspection of over 100 points to confirm the car is, in fact, like new.
The first part of the ad was taken from an old radio ad announcing the arrival of the GLC 2016 model. It describes the model and some of its most important features. In the second part, the announcer comes in to inform that a Mercedes Benz Certified Pre Owned is not like any other used car. It's a used car that feels like new.
Execution
We planned to capture people's attention about our old/new cars. To make it happen, we brought back our old radio ads from 2014 and 2016 and aired them as if they were new. People started calling the radio stations thinking there was a mistake airing, an old commercial as new.
