The creative idea was to create a narrative through the music that kept you engaged, it felt warm and really provided a simple beautiful background to the emotional story. Music is never prescriptive but it guides you through the narrative bringing especially dreamy moments upfront through music.

The score is intentionally spacious and organic; the whole concept is based around ‘subtlety’. Electronics play a supporting role and are often used to enhance atmosphere; the lead instrument is treated guitar and slide guitar. We avoid cliche, tropes and the telegraphing of emotion at all costs. The directing and acting is strong enough that the score is free to play a more sophisticated role - whether in juxtaposition or supporting the arc the focus is always the emotional journey.
