Description

Real customers from around the world read the actual stories they shared about how Apple Watch has changed their lives for the better.

Execution

It was important to us for “Dear Apple” to be absolutely authentic and truthful, so we decided to cast only real customers sharing their actual Apple Watch stories, and to use their own words when doing so.

Utilizing numerous internal Apple resources, we conducted an extensive search for letters, emails, and social posts written by Apple Watch owners around the world.

After identifying an initial pool of possibilities, we conducted a lengthy vetting process — which included email exchanges and FaceTime interviews — to finalize our cast, which reflected a wide range of ages, nationalities, and types of experiences with the product.
