Background
At the start of 2023, Delivereasy was New Zealand’s best delivery app that only 1/3 of New Zealanders knew about.
Our challenge was to get through to hungry humans in a market dominated by Uber Eats and their expensive celebrity endorsements.
So we created Mouthville. An idyllic, stop-motion town set inside a human mouth, where 90% of the conversations are heavily branded. This unapologetic campaign sells all the reasons Delivereasy leaves a better taste in your mouth.
Execution
Delivereasy is the New Zealand owned delivery app that leaves a better taste in your mouth by delivering more than just takeaways to your door. Toothpaste transports us to Mouthville: an idyllic town inside a human mouth, where the residents are experiencing Delivereasy’s incredible range of product delivery, first-hand.
Outcome
In October and November 2023, immediately following the brand refresh, Delivereasy had its two largest months of sales in its 7-year history. And are on track to continue this success.
Specifically, Delivereasy have experienced the following results year-on-year:
27% increase in order volume
17% increase in unique customers
39.5% increase in app sessions
