Recipients were encouraged to place their camera outside their houses as a means to deter potential thieves. It made an impact in a market where crime is becoming increasingly rampant.
Outcome
Clients who put up the cameras complained that the cameras themselves were stolen! We took this as a compliment. On a more serious note, there were zero break-ins among those who installed our cameras. And, we showed that CRM is still relevant in a digital world.
