Description
We are at a DIY store which has historically catered to the professional part of the market. We see a very average non-professional customer, who seems a bit out of his element, looking at two different nail guns. As the very helpful and service oriented salesman approaches him, he carefully asks what the difference is between these two nailguns. The salesman then proceeds to demonstrate the difference in a warm and helpful tone, thus proving, that just because the store is the biggest supplier to the professional builders of Denmark, doesn't mean in any way that you should be afraid of shopping there. Of course their experience servicing the professionals means that they can do a little more than normal DIY stores, which is demonstrated in the way he explains the difference of the two Nailguns.
