Description
My Dog Doggy Bag is an online dog food delivery service for your four-legged friend. In partnership with Foodora’s existing digital platform, we added My Dog to the menus of Australia’s top fine-dining restaurants. When people ordered meals from their favourite restaurants, they could order their dog’s favourite dish as well - My Dog. The meals for you and your dog were delivered from restaurants, direct to your doggy door.
Execution
To integrate dog food into the menus of Australia’s top fine-dining restaurants, we partnered with Foodora and utilised their existing digital platform. As Foodora has only recently launched in Australia, we needed to execute the idea by closely working with their international development team to create a seamless delivery experience for both our customers, and theirs. When our audience were ordering food for themselves, they could add a Doggy Bag to their checkout as well, and their meals were delivered straight to them from the finest restaurants.
Outcome
A new fine-food partnership with Foodora was created, helping My Dog reestablish their brand as the most premium dog food available. Doggy Bag was activated across Melbourne and Sydney, Australia’s two largest cities, with over 10,000 deliveries made during the promotional period. Integrating Doggy Bags into an existing delivery platform resulted in a new product distribution method being created for My Dog.
