The project is based on the use of real-time techniques that synchronize web apps and mobile apps using the WebSocket protocol that establishes a shared session between them. The desktop-mobile link was implemented through the dynamic generation of a QR code that was decoded by the smartphone and allowed real-time interaction between the two devices.
Outcome
5,130 young consumers lived the experience and tried the product in just 10 days.
73% of participants registered on the web on the spot at the event.
21,097 new registers on the web site www.destruyeuno.doritos.es
107,234 new Facebook followers were generated in total with the " Destroy One” campaign.
