Lastminute.com’s manifesto was injected into our couples’ special day. From the permission slip from mum to boss (the leaflet), granting consent to bring loved ones down and trial ‘marriage’ to the lastminute.com wedding ceremony; vowing to present lastminute.com products throughout married life. Each happy couple received lastminute.com certificates and photos. Video-blogs of the ceremony were available on-line and only a click away from lastminute.com shopping.
Outcome
50,000 people visited the stunt. 15,000 copies of the lastminute.com manifesto handed out. Huge attendance partly thanks to PR (e.g. discussion on London’s radio breakfast shows).
