Description

It is time to recognize that females are the best glass recyclers. 3 out of 4 women recycle glass, above the national average. This is the moment to recognize, support and express public gratitude to women for this reason.

This fact is in the origin of a specifically created platform called #ecowoman. It joins female celebrities and anonymous women of Spain in the Ecovidrio movement: the non-profit organization that along with Red Cross offer 3,000 hours of training for future female entrepreneurs.

Execution

This action will give public recognition to their remarkable social commitment and will be seeking a higher level of gender equality and promotion of the female employment for their own sake.

Outcome

This movement finally joined 350,000 women nationwide.

3,000 hours of training was offered to future entrepreneur women.

More than 250 women took advantage of this project.
