The Golf is 40 years old, and everybody has a relation to it. Especially in Norway where it has
been the most sold car the last decades. Someone remember when it came with electric central
lock, others remember when it came with electric seats or windows. In fact, the Golf has always
been a little bit electric. Now it is 100% electric and this is the creative idea in this film:
We are in 1985. A brand new Golf arrived. The driver is very proud. Especially of the window. He
pulls the window up, and down. And up again. The crowd is impressed: Wow, electric
windows...!
VO: The golf has always been a bit electric.
Then we cut to the new e-Golf.
VO: Now it is 100% electric.
At the end, we see the same guy pulling the window up and down once again...
