Background

PLUS Supermarkets asked us to create a memorable film for Christmas. As the supermarket’s brand line and strategic mission is to eat well, the Christmas twist on this line was to eat well together. The aim was to make this come to life in a way everyone in the Netherlands could relate to. This led us to focus on family recipes, and the way they have the power to bring families together. Even when a family member has recently passed away.

Execution

The campaign is scored with a new version of Robbie Williams’ smash-hit ‘She’s the One’ which was originally released almost 20 years ago this December. The track is sensitively performed by British recording artist, Frances. The female voice gives a whole new meaning to the lyrics. Since the release of the track hit more than 1.000.000 streams on Spotify.
