OVERVIEW

Description

An animated short that shows us what the 1950’s iconic dancing movie snacks might be like if they were New York gangsters. In Tribeca’s version the snacks dance and sing down the aisle until the popcorn (Sopranos-Tony Sirico, “Paulie Walnuts”) is bumped by the Hot Dog (Vincent Pastore, “Big Pussy”). After a heated, expletive filled exchange a fight ensues and Popcorn whacks Hot Dog with a pole, knocking him out cold. The spot ends with Popcorn taunting "anybody else want some?" while Soda shakes his head in fear. It’s what happens when movies and New York meet.
