The infamous slow Guinness pour is very much in the brand’s DNA. Besides communicating this message in the advertising, why not also extend it to the way a medium is presented? Introducing the World’s Slowest Loading Website. Thanks to a high-resolution image of a pint of Guinness, the website doesn’t quite fully load until later. Much later. The wait will not be in vain, of course. Upon completion, the user is rewarded with two “good things”: 1) a gargantuan poster featuring a pint of Guinness; 2) a coupon for a free pint.
