Description
In summer time, Brazilians rush to the beach. Havaianas, brazil's favourite flip-flop, had never done anything specific for the summer and they wanted to claim the summer as the Havaianas season.
Execution
We came up with a box that is ordinary on the outside but once opened it reveals a powerful image which immediately expresses the Havaianas spirit and in the centre, where one might expect a flip-flop, was the new pair of sneakers. The box is also functional. We devised a system that secures the product in place and can withstand typical international courier handling without loosing it's place.
Outcome
With this box we created both a great teaser for the launch of this new product line and the identification with the core brand values was immediate.
