Description

Ballantine’s “Stay True” motto is an inspiration for being authentic and following your heart. So we decided to let the heart speak.

Execution

We made a unique live music event where the audience created music together with an artist. Their hearts became instruments in the hands of electronic DJ Piotr Bejnar and were transformed into thousand watts of pure power. To achieve this we developed special technology. Wireless bracelets distributed among the audience measured their heart rate and sent it to the DJ in real time. Special software converted it into a heartbeat sound that the DJ used as a rhythm to play to. During his performance the DJ was switching between different people and played to their individual heartbeat. Due to live video projection people could see the person whose heartbeat they were listening and dancing to.

Outcome

We invited over 600 people to the concert. The Facebook Live Video Streaming of the event attracted over 24 000 viewers. Over 800 000 people watched the project documentary movie online. The uniqueness of the event let us generate over 23 million PR impressions in both online and traditional media.
