Outcome
The mailing was sent out to 630 relevant target companies. More than 33% of all contacts wanted to get to know IBM Digital Media Factory. 34% of the target group was 'activated' by the activity (call, fax back, webpage views). With a target of 10%, we far outperformed expectations.
