This is a play on words in Thai whereby chrysanthumum in Thai is "Geg Huo" and when we combine the words with "Lo Han Gou", we will end up with Geg + Lor which means "act cool" and the reason they're doing this is because they drink Chrysanthemum and Lo Han Guo drink.
