The Johnnie Walker Keep Walking app brings the brand promise ‘Johnnie Walker inspires Personal Progress’ to life, enabling iPhone users to improve lives in their community simply by walking.
The app counts your footsteps, which you can then choose to donate as a virtual currency to one of three innovative development projects in your city. The project with the most footsteps in each city is then funded and made a reality by Johnnie Walker.The Keep Walking iAd drives awareness and downloads of the iPhone app, inviting you to experience it by taking your fingers on a walk through the features and content it offers.The iAd fully exploits iPhone’s multi-touch screen; reacting to your finger "steps" as they walk across the scene screen; transporting you along an ever-evolving road of different environments and features.The iAd outperformed expectations for both interaction time and downloads. The graphic "road" made the Keep Walking Project iAd the "longest" iAd ever created.
