Description

In 2012, two filmmakers document the first Budweiser Made in America music festival—a two-day celebration of music and culture conceived by hip-hop luminary Shawn “JAY Z” Carter Held at Philadelphia's Benjamin Franklin Parkway, the inaugural event brought together a diverse group of nearly 80,000 music fans, leaping past the genre boundaries that define many similar festivals. The film captures electrifying live performances from a cross-section of the biggest names in contemporary music, including Pearl Jam, Janelle Monáe, Passion Pit, Kanye West, and JAY Z himself.
