Mr. Konosuke Matsushita is the founder of the Panasonic Corporation that has become a major enterprise that started with 5 employees and now employs 250,000 people all over the world. Since the establishment in 1918, he had carried out advanced management policies and been called “the God of management”. By his 30s, he had already invented business practices that came to be adopted later by a lot of corporations in the world. His management ideology came from his belief, “the mission of a manufacturer is to overcome poverty”. This short film visualizes the epic of Mr. Matsushita, who survived the turbulent period, conveying his words, his philosophy and ideology, and was produced as a part of the celebration of Panasonic’s 100th anniversary and screened at the Consumer Electronics Show 2018.
