The first branded pedometer app in the marketplace, the MGD 64 Pedometer app was designed to provide the benefits of a real pedometer along with the fun sociability of Facebook. Unique group challenges create social interactions and reinforce the light-hearted spirit of the brand.
Outcome
Within weeks of launch, the application had over 18,000 users who were taking the MGD 64 brand along with them on walks and jogs, and sharing their progress on Facebook. Many of the Group Challenges were completed earlier than expected and received positive feedback from fans. Within MillerCoors, the app was a hallmark of the annual distributors convention.
