"Living with WATER" is the promise that we, Suntory Group, make to our customers, and the voice of our philosophy.
Here is our new challenge and innovation for water.
“minel” is an instant mineral-in-water cap system, which easily changes tap water into delicious water with plant mineral extracts.
We have focused on the power of natural ingredients and developed our own "plant mineral extracts" to enhances mildness in water.
This small product can change customer’s life, like smart shopping, tidy room space and less PET bottles.
We launched it by lottery sales.
We connect directly with our customers through our D2C site and quickly identify changes in customer preferences to grow it into a large market.

Execution
This entirely new technology instantaneously transforms water from the tap into delicious, healthy water. Use of a familiarly shaped PET bottle ensures the design blends naturally into the daily lives of users.
The form of the bottle symbolizes shimmering water to show off the vitality of the fresh mineral water inside, while the thickness of the bottle aims to promote repeated use. As a result, the design is both familiar and luxurious.
In recent years we have seen an increase in environmentally friendly products contained in thin PET bottles. The minel bottle, on the other hand, has purposely been made thicker to promote repeated use. In doing so, it has become an innovative, eco-friendly product.
