As phones have got smaller, so have the keys. It’s easy to make mistakes with these small keys and accidently create strange words.
This can be a problem, especially for companies.
In this commercial, we see a company that has completely adapted to these strange mobile messages. In fact, the company’s people have adopted this mobile message language, with all the strange word-failures, as their company's language.
The other solution, for the “improper mobile message-problem”, is given by KPN. They introduced a new phone with larger keys which prevents you from making all those typing mistakes.
