A Dutch couple has a small accident, but unfortunately with great impact. The man seems to have a injured neck. After transportation to a private clinic by a helicopter there seems nothing wrong with the mans' neck. He was holding his phone between head and shoulder while waiting for his insurance company to answer his questions. Finally in hospital the insurance company tells him through the phone that his health expenses are covered unless he is being transported to a private clinic by helicopter.
