ExperienceMarriott.com was created as a viewer-engaging website to reveal Marriott's newly reengineered and redefined room design. The resulting sitelet went far beyond the average 360-degree tour, giving visitors the opportunity to interact with almost every feature in the room through a combination of Flash animation, video, music, voice, photography and design. As guests move about and virtually explore the room, they can ultimately envision and anticipate their future Marriott stay.The site targets both male and female achievement-oriented and frequent business travelers with a focus on the Gen X group.
