Description

In order to get new leads, one of Norway’s largest newspapers wanted to use their 242,674 subscribers as ambassadors. The offer: now you can share your reader experience with someone by giving them 3 weeks of Aftenposten for free.

Execution

This is all about sharing something good with your friends. The ad was placed in the popular Friday magazine of the newspaper, and this made it possible for the subscribers, literally, to share their reader experience with others.

Outcome

The campaign “Share your experience with someone” has ensured Aftenposten 32,000 leads/test-subscribers. “The transformer” is the world’s first ad to become a direct mail. This ad gave Aftenposten over 1,700 extra test-subscribers in the last phase of the campaign – and it also gave our ambassadors the opportunity to send an instant sample of their gift!Please view the audiovisual presentation.
