To commemorate the 30th anniversary of Nike’s most iconic sneaker, the 1Thology represents the largest collection of Air Force 1s ever assembled, spanning three decades of styles, colors, and exclusive collaborations. A responsive Facebook app that lets fans browse, sort, and share over 1,000 pairs of AF1s, filterable by style, color, year, and even material. Fans could create their own collection, selecting “own” for pairs they have, and “want” for pairs they’d like to see back. Pairs with the most “wants” were featured on a community leaderboard, with the most coveted 2012 model re-released by Nike in 2013.

Outcome
With 18, 964 impressions and 22, 548 visitors, 1Thology succeeded in going viral. Fans’ collections filled their Facebook newsfeeds and fueled the leaderboard that eventually determined the most coveted 2012 model to be re-released.
