The special running plan was hung up at more than 420 bus stops in Munich and, at first glance, could not be distinguished from a normal bus timetable. Upon closer inspection, it did not reveal the travelling times of the bus, but rather the distance in km and minutes to the next bus stop plus the running time and kcal burnt.
The special running plan also offered the relevant information about the biggest running event of the year, a link to the online registration form and, at the same time, the perfect motivation to prepare for the HUMAN RACE.Completely in the spirit of the brand tag line: JUST DO IT.
Outcome
More than 15,000 enthusiastic runners were together on the starting line in Munich on 31.08.08 to get things moving in the HUMAN RACE.
