Capital One wanted to utilize the online channel to communicate the new No Hassle Rewards card features to Canadians; with the main objective to get qualified leads to sign up for the No Hassle rewards card. Capital One’s Puppet Theatre is a micro site that seamlessly combines fun and information to help users understand the card features and details. The puppets are the central focus of the site and represent the control that banks hold over their customers. The entire site incorporates puppet imagery to reinforce this concept and ensure it’s kept top of mind.
