Description
The aim was to attract qualified people at the scene of action – www.etat.at - Austria’s biggest advertising online platform where new campaigns are presented to the industry, to apply for a job. This was the first time that a forum like this was used for a campaign.
Execution
The head of human resources was asked to post personal answers to selected postings, offering these people jobs – based on what they wrote.
Target Audience: The target audience were qualified people working in the advertising industry.
Outcome
The campaign resulted in 34 great applications within two weeks – without spending a single Euro.
