We sent out 250 pads in the first phase to the Administrative departments of companies in Mumbai.20% called back to express their appreciation for the idea.We told them that unless, they take concrete steps to minimise paper consumption, it will remain just an idea. We also gave them ideas on how to do it. They also chipped in with a few.They promised to take some necessary steps. But we don't have information on that.
The cost of the entire exercise was minimal.A local paper company has also agreed to sponsor the next batch of 200 notepads.
