Description
We created the “Personal Queuer”, the first service invented to queue for you.
By logging on our geolocated application, people can ask for a “personal queuer” and one of them will come to queue up for them.
Then, while they’ll do the dirty job, people can do whatever they want, transforming this usually boring time into “useful” time. Before their personal queuer call them back just on time to pick up their meal.
Execution
We launched the Personal Queuer in the meantime of 3 new restaurants openings as we knew that they will go with long waiting lines.
To reach these local contacts, we developed a local plan of communication with billboards around of restaurants inviting people to come to us and log in to our geolocated application.
And to broadcast our new service to a larger community, we launched a short film on our social networks to explain how this “Personal Queuer” service worked.
Outcome
In only one week in 3 restaurants:
- 12 900 Personal Queuers demands have been made
- More than 480 hours of waiting time transformed in pleasent time for our clients
- Over 10 000 shares on social networks
- And 28 million people have been reached by the campaign
