OVERVIEW

Description

It was very clear to us that we were facing a Domino's worldwide problem that could not be solved only with advertisement. So, the first step was going straight to the source of the problem: the motorcycle trunks. Our challenge was design a new trunk that could stabilize the pizzas and also take the same amount of pizzas than the previous one.

Execution

This innovation represents a direct response from Domino's to a problem that was affecting the brand's image. It also shows how Domino's is committed to build a long relationship with its customers and how the brand is working to improve its image to attract new clients.

Outcome

When Steady Pizza went to the streets, we registered an increase of 35% in inactive customers' return. The campaign's website had more than 2 million accesses. The mobile site, accessed through QR CODES on pizza boxes, had 750,000 accesses. Now the mechanism is being adapted for industrial production and scaled to best fit into existing trunks worldwide. This patented product will change forever how pizzas are delivered.
