Description
We transformed the Guggenheim into a piano for an Instagram video using only an Apple Watch and iPhone 6. This is the first video shot using an Apple Watch.
Execution
To create the video, we strategically placed 'keys' around the Guggenheim and took pictures of each one in place, representing the different notes they would play.
We shot each frame using stop motion technique (321 frames total) with only an
iPhone 6 and Apple Watch. We then edited a 15 second video for Instagram with the pictures using only the phone so the keys played match the musical melody perfectly.
We then posted the video on Instagram and other social channels like Facebook and Youtube. We also created a microsite.
Outcome
Over 40K views across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
