We created Powerade Double Ball, the world’s first soccer match with 2 balls, where the players had to run twice as much, perform twice as well, and get double hydration. The chosen teams: the 2 most important teams from the amateur soccer tournament in Colombia. To spread knowledge of the event, we invited fans and other teams from this category. The buzz around the activity caused the main sports networks, FOX and ESPN to cover the event for free, including it on their most important shows. Additionally, renowned athletes and sports journalists in the country, such as Faustino Asprilla and Ivan Mejia, gave their impressions on this innovative event.
