Our solution was to send out an extremely long box to high--potential customers. Inside was an extra long mouse pad that emphasised just what they were missing by not having the Powerbook G4.
Outcome
The interest was incredible with up to 90% of contacted customers telephoning or visiting the store.The conversion rate was so high that Cool Apple Buddy had to increase their initial order by 350%.
