The challenge was to define a scalable digital service that could meet the need for personalized content for patients during all stages of their disease journey. QualityCare™ is a multi-channel dialogue program that triggers various online and offline interventions, such as relevant online articles, timely emails, text messages and nurse calls, and a personalized magazine that can be printed and sent to the user’s home address. Based on the needs and behavior of the patient, QualityCare™ provides tailored content that ensures an optimal user experience and motivates patient commitment via the use of cross-channel communication and engagement. With QualityCare™, LEO Pharma is setting new standards for the way pharmaceutical companies can utilize digital technology to maximize patient outcome and support their existing product portfolio by delivering personalized care and support.

Execution

QualityCare™ is an ongoing support program that is tailored to the patient’s disease journey. QualityCare™ is currently rolled out in six global markets with 20 more to come. QualityCare™ is a master platform that can be constantly adapted for other disease areas and local markets, making it a truly global, scalable, and flexible solution. With QualityCare™, LEO Pharma takes pharmaceutical marketing to the next level by delivering personalized care and support in addition to physical products.
