Description
Creativity games by Ravensburger stand for infinite imagination. To prove this and, to increase traffic at the Ravensburger online shop, we created a unique user generated radio campaign: The Ravensburger SpotCreator.
A radio campaign whose spots can be rebuilt online – word by word. The individual creations could be shared on Facebook, the best spots were then re-aired on the radio.
That way, we made the main asset of creativity games by Ravensburger audible and tangible – the infinite imagination. And transported the Ravensburger experience into the digital world.
Execution
Since the idea was to create an engaging game out of radio ads, we decided to use the internet to let our target audience play with the different radio spots. Thus they also had the possibility to share their creative results immediately and spread the brand experience through sharing with their peers.
Outcome
The Ravensburger SpotCreator significantly increased the visits to the Ravensburger online shop (40% more visits than in comparable time slot). The experience of playing with the Ravensburger SpotCreator raised the awareness for Ravensburger as a manufacturer of engaging phantasy games who are of high educational value.
