Description

After more than 5 years of absence, Ubisoft were relaunching the “Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon” franchise, a military tactical shooter.

In “Wildlands”, the new installment in the franchise, you control 4 elite soldiers called Ghosts. The objective: take down a Bolivian cartel. Considering the ruthless competition (Call of Duty, Battlefield) and the high standards of gamers, we set out to create a unique viral asset to kick-start the pre-launch the game.

To showcase the brutal, cool efficiency of the Ghosts, we created a dark humored cat video with a bloody result. To direct, we brought back from retirement (after 14 years!) John McTiernan, known for creating some of the most iconic action movies such as Predator & Die Hard.

The result are 90 seconds of pure entertainment with only 3 bullets fired.

The film has been wildly successful with over 19 million cumulated views to date. Ultimately, over 6.8 million
