This commercial ran before Australia played Brazil in the World Cup finals, in Germany.
Outcome
This campaign got a massive amount of coverage in the media, History was interviewed in a national newspapers, a story about the making of the campaign ran on a National Television programme and he featured on the front page of the two newspapers websites. The general public got behind the campaign with the "Stuff History" website featuring 5000 rants against History through the course of the campaign and his myspace page, making 1000 friends in only four weeks.The client got incredible feedback from the campaign with free media coverage in the major broadsheet newspapers and record Australian football shirt sales.
