Description
To promote the epic rock Kings of Chaos concert that our client was sponsoring, we setup a promotion that would be close to the heart of every real rocker – and would give them a taste of what to expect at the concert. Obviously no concert is complete without hot rocker babes and guys so we got promoters and rocked out in a few bars in Cape Town and Johannesburg. We also gave our rock fans a chance to buy three tickets to the concert and get one free as well as a few complimentary drinks for rocking hard.
Outcome
As a result of this campaign we managed to surpass our client’s goals of promoting Cell C’s sponsorship, making this one of the most successful and engaging sponsorship promotion that Cell C has ever done.
The Results - Completely sold out gigs in Cape Town and Johannesburg. Johannesburg even put on a 2nd concert.
